Your appointment time is reserved for you. We appreciate your consideration for our therapists and other clients, and we understand that unexpected situations happen.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling your appointment. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance have no cancellation fee.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-call/no-shows are charged the full price of the service booked. Any applicable fee must be paid before booking another appointment.
Fees are waived for illness or emergencies. Please contact us as soon as you are able, including if an emergency prevented you from contacting us before your appointment.
If you are sick, please stay home—we can help you reschedule when you feel better.
Please call if you are running late. Your session will still end at its scheduled time, so a late arrival reduces the time available for your massage.
Your therapist will wait up to 15 minutes. After that, your appointment will be canceled and you will need to reschedule.
Booking confirmations and appointment reminders are sent by text or email. Please keep your contact information current. If you are not receiving messages, contact us so we can check your details. Reminder cards are also available on request.
